Description:

Responsible for the troubleshooting of technical problems for the successful execution of projects. This position requires a high level of independent judgment and decision making throughout the project implementation process. Ensure that client solution is configured and developed in line with technical designs, specifications and best practices of Sybrin Solutions. The role also includes assisting developers/configurators on system setup, system administration, system configuration and development and all aspects of the Sybrin Solution. Coaching of Grade3/4 Systems Configurators/Developers. Review technical documentation created by Configurators/Developers.
