Generation options include Interactive e-Advices, Interactive eStatements, personalised documents, and image statements. Documents can be produced in multiple output formats including but not limited to: HTML, PDF, Excel, and Word.
The Archiving module is used to store all incoming and outgoing customer communication for record purposes. This module allows contact centres to get a full view of all correspondence with a client and also gives the operator the ability to resend documents to clients when requested.

The Template Management module is used to design and manage communication templates such as email templates, SMS templates, document templates, social media templates, and interactive documents. Included in this module is version control for templates, as well as an approval workflow, to accept changes in communications templates.
